Is there a self drive option?
Yes. If you prefer to use your own vehicle, please reach out to us for details and pricing. Please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required, and you will need to pay your own conservancy fees for the duration of the stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to two weeks before the start date: 100 % refund if we can fill your spot. 50% refund if the spot cannot be filled.
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start date: 50% refund if we can fill your spot. No refund if the spot cannot be filled.
- No shows / leaving early: No refund
- If we have to cancel the escape you will be refunded in full
- If we have to postpone the escape, you can choose whether you want a refund or if you want reserve the payment for the new dates
What is included in the price?
We want to make this a relaxing and stress free experience for you, so your payment covers pretty much everything except your drinks, gratuities and any extra excursions or extras that are not listed.

Do I have to take part in all the events?
No. This is your escape. You can choose what you want to do. If that is just relaxing and enjoying down time then feel free.
Can I invite a friend to take part in this event?
Of course! Feel free to send details to anyone whom you think might want to join. Please remember however that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis
